BASWAacoustic AG aims to train plasterer before they start any object. Interested contractors must send a member from senior management, a supervisor and two plasterers for this initial training session. In general plasterers will not be qualified to install BASWAphon unless following this initial training session. Subsequent training leading to certification involves jobsite supervision on two or more projects, demonstration of required and optional skills and annual reviews.
BASWAphon installations are expected to grow to significant proportions, museums, residences, hotels, recording facilities, worship spaces and in any space where it is desired to control noise or reverberation with a beautiful smooth "plaster-like" appearance. BASWAphon is actually not a gypsum based plaster, but rather a water based emulsion of marble particles. The key to its absorbing performance is the fact that the installed BASWAphon stays microporous. |
