BASWA acoustic AG was established by Hans-Dietrich Sulzer in 1991. The object of the company is the manufacture and marketing of acoustic products. With Eric Sulzer now at the helm, the management of the company has since passed on to the second generation of the family. BASWA acoustic AG employs around 20 members of staff.
The capital stock is held by a small number of shareholders all of which are either closely affiliated with the company or else employed by it. BASWA acoustic AG is a family-run business.
In 2003, Yves Enderli joined the company as President of the Board of Directors. Responsible for developing the company’s strategic orientation and market positioning, Yves Enderli has played a decisive role in furthering the company’s success. Yves’ son Olivier, who joined the Board in 2010, is the next member of the second generation to come on board. The collaborative efforts of the Sulzer and Enderli families have proved to be of a consistent and successful nature.
