In our business and contact with our partners and customers, we orientate ourselves on values. Values are the foundation of our philosophy and determine our visions and objectives.
Attention and charity as a decisive basis in order to even be able to lead people. The route for good leadership is: Value creation through value appreciation. Leading, not in today's meaning of «managing», but in the sense of helping, serving, promoting, providing orientation and conveying sense, so that staff can develop their full potential and sustain it in the long-term.
Humility: The term humility is today practically no longer used – however, it is the best protection against an arrogant way of acting and expensive ego-trips. Only those who are inwardly humiliated and respect others in higher places than himself can be really productive.
Truth, justice and credibility: Included in this is sincerity, honesty, transparency and reliability. Those who appear creditable, say what they do and do what they say. He is authentic and refrains from tactical intrigue. His statements are founded and true. In the short-term, this behaviour might also bring disadvantages. However, in the long-term, trust is built up that is invaluable in tenuous conflict situations. Trust is the only viable basis in our complicated world. A person who is credible and trustworthy is predictable and must not hide behind facades and tricks.
Solidarity and self-limitation: Those who know their own limits are aware that they are dependent on fellow humans. Nobody has the complete overview. Only in complementary cooperation can complex tasks be negotiated. Therefore, self-limitation also includes the willingness to share the power. This includes consideration of other humans, their concerns and requirements. Those who do not overrate themselves can identify the chances in collaboration with others. Together, solutions can be found that serve the well-being of all. Solidarity also means to support those who do not belong to your own group. That is only possible in conjunction with tolerance. The Latin word "tolerare" means tolerate. Thus, we should tolerate the humans in their character and help to carry their burden. Sometimes that means foregoing one’s own advantages. The willingness to forego is the twin of solidarity. Politicize with love means to strengthen the weak.
